140 years of caring for families

This year we are proud to celebrate our partnership with your Women’s and Children’s Hospital as they commemorate 140 years of caring for families. Between now and August next year, when we celebrate the anniversary of opening of the first Adelaide Children’s Hospital, we will be marking key milestones in our history and how the community has supported us both through the decades.

Upcoming projects

Our Foundation is delighted to have officially started constructing our Beach House at Encounter Lakes in Victor Harbor. This project has been six years in the making and because of the support of our donors, families and the hospital community we have turned the sod and building is officially underway.

This will be our largest project this year, and we have now launched our community campaign for further support to make this sanctuary a home for hospital families who have children with complex or life limiting conditions.

We still need your support from the community to fit-out the interior of the Beach House and make it a welcoming and relaxing environment for every family who stays.
