We are excited to announce that the Collab for a Cause dinner is back this year at LOT.100 with guest chefs; Darren Robertson from Three Blue Ducks NSW, Kane Pollard from Topiary SA, Emma Shearer from the Lost Loaf SA, Will Doak from Lost Phoenix Farm and a couple extra surprises.
Head Chef Shannon Fleming and his family have been long-time supporters of the WCH Foundation, holding their first event in June 2019. They raised almost $80k for the Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) after they spent nearly 100 days there when their twin girls we born premature and they sadly lost their little girl, Isla.
