Our Arts in Health program activates and brightens areas of the Women’s and Children’s Hospital through public artworks and art installations to improve the health and wellbeing of the hospital community.

Wendy Dixon-Whiley painted live in the hospital corridor to create the two magnificent wall murals located near Allied Health Services and Adolescent Ward, allowing patients and families to see the murals evolve over time.

Connected is a collaborative artwork facilitated by Adelaide artist Laura Wills with contributions from patients, families and staff that form the Adolescent Ward community at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

Support Arts in Health

Many parents who have had a seriously ill child, have described the Play Therapy program as a critical service to their child’s mental wellbeing and recovery while in the Hospital.
