City-Bay Fun Run
Join us for the 2026 City-Bay Fun Run and help launch South Australia’s first Rocket Ship MRI Simulator at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
Whether you walk, jog, run or wheel, every stride will help transform what can be a stressful experience into one where children feel safe and calm, helping reduce the need for sedation and general anaesthesia.

Help us launch SA’s first Rocket Ship MRI Simulator
When you take the extra step to fundraise you will be helping us raise $40,000 to bring this world-class, child-friendly innovation to life. Additional funds raised will support play therapy programs, helping bring moments of joy, comfort and connection to children and families during their time in hospital.
We’re proud to partner Channel 9 presenter and City-Bay Ambassador Alice Monfries, who is leading the charge.
She shares:
“As a mum, seeing your child frightened is one of the hardest things. The MRI Simulator is such a special way to turn those scary moments into ones where kids feel brave and more in control.” Join us and help more kids face their scans with confidence.’’
