• Free Activity Pack Data Collection Statement

    The Women’s & Children’s Hospital Foundation respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We adhere to the Privacy Act 1988, including The Australian Privacy Principles, when we collect, use, disclose, store, provide access to or otherwise deal with your personal information.

    Your personal information will be handled in accordance to our Privacy Policy.

    Due to limited supply, registrations for the free pack are limited to families living in South Australia and the Northern Territory and only one pack can be ordered per household.

    In order to complete your registration, your activity pack will only be sent once you have clicked the confirmation link that is sent to your provided email address following completion of the registration form.
